Trade Fair in repeat bid

TRADE FAIR and Starboard are both due to contest races this Thursday at Meydan's eighth meeting of the 2014 Dubai World Cup Carnival.

Trade Fair will face seven rivals in the Group 2 Zabeel Mile, which he won last year, while Starboard is set for a $120,000 mile and three furlongs handicap.
The Trillium Place team will be hoping Trade Storm can repeat his 2013 heroics in the latest renewal of the $250,000 contest.
He will go to post with one run under his belt, after finishing 10th in the Group 2 Al Rashidiya over a mile and a quarter.
Trainer David Simcock said: “He needed that first run badly. He has come out of that in great form and is exactly where we want him to be weight wise. He improved an awful lot from his first run last season and we expect him to do so again.
“All being well, he will run a big race and then we will get him back out next week for Super Saturday.”
