Winners keep coming, thanks to Poste Restante

27 June 2014

TRAINER David Simcock made it three winners in as many days as Poste Restante struck at odds of 12/1 at Yarmouth this afternoon.
The four-year-old Halling filly hit the target for the first time in her career as she took an extended 11-furlong handicap.
Apprentice jockey Lewis Walsh claimed a handy 7lb and got a good tune out of the Trillium Place runner.
Poste Restante, having been held up, powered off the top turn into the long home straight and didn't take long to make proper headway.
She was just about in front with two furlongs to travel and stayed on bravely through the closing strides for a two-length success.
