NAVE and Gabrial The Hero completed an across the card double for the Trillium Place team yesterday evening.

The former secured a 'Derby' success when taking the Ladies' Derby at Epsom over the famous mile and a half course.
 



Ridden by Megan Nicholls, Nave was settled towards the rear before coming with a smooth run up the straight.
 
Megan produced Nave to perfection, getting up close to the line to win by a neck.
 
At Doncaster, Gabrial The Hero returned from a two-year absence to win the 1m4f handicap under Jamie Spencer.
 
Held up in the early stages, the son of War Front picked up impressively with two furlongs to run, getting to the front with 150yards to go.
 
He was striding away at the lines, recording an easy victory by a length and a quarter.
