Apostle strikes at Chester

The son of Dark Angel carries the familiar colours of Dr Marwan Koukash and was given a finely-timed ride by Martin Harley.


Harley settled his mount towards the rear. The pace was strong and Apostle travelled well.

He responded well to pressure and did well to take advantage of a gap up the far rail.


He struck the front entering the final furlong and went on to score by a length and a half.

It was almost a double on the day for the Trillium Place team as Moment In Time went down my just a neck in the Listed Chalice Stakes at Newbury.
