TRAINER David Simock kept up his stable's recent good form with wins from Bateel and Escrick.
Bateel, a filly by Dubawi, built on her Salisbury debut triumph with a solid success in a mile and a half handicap at Goodwood yesterday.Owned by Al Asayl Bloodstock, she maintained her 100 per cent record with a two-length victory in the hands of Fergus Sweeney.
Two days earlier Escrick achieved her second career win for owner Malih Al Basti.
The three-year-old filly returned to winning ways with a narrow success in a six-furlong handicap at Newcastle for jockey Silvestre De Sousa.
