INTRUDE kept the Trillium Place name in lights with a 12/1 victory at Wolverhampton on Monday.
The three-year-old Intikhab gelding, owned by Happy Valley Racing and Breeding Ltd, bagged a second career from six starts when taking an extending mile handicap.
It was a fairly smart performance, considering trainer David Simcock's charge carried an official mark of 87.
Intrude came with a strong late challenge to foil the odds-on favourite, getting up on the line to score by a head.
It was David's fifth winner from his last 14 runners.
