More Simcock success at Lingfield

TRAINER David Simcock registered a double at Lingfield yesterday to take his winners' total for 2016 to 14.

The Trillium Place team has been on fire in January and He's A Dreamer and Sonnythenavigator provided the latest successes.
He's A Dreamer made every yard to win a six-furlong maiden for his owner Mrs A J Jackson.
The 2/1 shot was ridden positively but had enough in the tank to repel the favourite Steam Ahead Ahead and win by a length.
Sonnythenavigator swiftly notched a second victory on the day, claiming a two-mile handicap in the colours of Mr Oliver Brendon.
It was the four-year-old's second win on the bounce, being partnered on both occasions by jockey Fergus Sweeney.
The in-form Simcock team was close to making it a treble on the day with Whispering Warrior finding only one too good in the feature 10f handicap.
