Starboard makes it ten !

STARBOARD gave Trillium Place their tenth win of 2017 when winning the Class 5 Apprentice Handicap over one mile at Chelmsford this afternoon.
From the break, jockey Aaron Jones settled Starboard towards the rear of the 13 runner field.
Exiting the final bend the pair were forced wide to make their move to challenge the leaders, quickening well and then staying on in the straight to win by two and three quarter lengths.
The eight-year-old gelding, trained by David Simcock, is owned by Khalifa Dasmal and Partners and was achieving his fifth career success.
