Gabrial’s Hope wins again

GABRIAL’S Hope landed back to back wins when taking a 1m4f handicap at Lingfield this afternoon. A son of Teofilo, Gabrial’s Hope did not look the most straightforward of rides but Darren Egan soon had him in the perfect position just on the heels of the leader. He carried his head awkwardly under pressure but responded to Egan’s urgings, getting on top close home to win by a neck. Dr Mawan Koukash’s gelding has now won his last two races having won over the same distance at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago.
