Teppal wins well on debut

TEPPAL won on debut today, comfortably taking the seven furlong Fillies' Novice Median Auction Stakes at Lingfield under Jamie Spencer.

The two-year-old filly was settled in midfield from the break and moved to track the leaders over three furlongs out. Teppal pressed forward as gaps appeared over one furlong out, taking the lead inside the final furlong and staying on well to hold off a more experienced challenger and win by a neck. 

Teppal is by Cammacho (GB) out of Jummana (FR) and trained by David Simcock for Never Say Die Partnership.
