Success for Dragon Mall

Dragon Mall won convincingly over one mile and two furlongs taking the Novice Stakes at Chelmsford this afternoon under Jamie Spencer.
The five-year-old gelding was steadied from the off and settled in rear, closed from three furlongs out to press the leader entering the final two furlongs, headed the field over one furlong out and was pushed out to win comfortably by two and a half lengths.
