Windsor victory for Majeed

MAJEED returned to winning ways by taking the one mile three and a half furlong class two handicap at Windsor racecourse this afternoon.
Under jockey Pat Cosgrave, Majeed was held up in rear from the off, after making good progress over two furlongs out he then went into the lead just inside the final furlong and kept on well to win by three-quarters of a length.
Now an eight-year- old gelding, by Mount Nelson (GB) out of Clever Millie (USA), Majeed is trained by David Simcock for Khalifa Dasmal.
