Success for Highland Sky

HIGHLAND SKY ran well to score his first career success in winning the one mile and six furlong class five handicap at Lingfield Park this evening.

Jockey Oisin Murphy settled the  three-year-old gelding at the rear of the field and waited patiently until making headway over two furlongs out, taking the lead with one and a half furlongs remaining. Highland Sky led by half a length entering the final furlong and ran on well to win by one and a quarter lengths.
