Polybius storms home

POLYBIUS came from last to first inside the final two furlongs to win the feature six furlong class three handicap at Kempton Park this afternoon, under jockey Andrea Atzeni.

From the break Polybius was settled in rear and tracked the field for the first four furlongs. From two furlongs out Atzeni asked for effort and Polybius responded, making headway through the field, then flying home to take the lead on the line.
By Oasis Dream (GB) out of Freedonia (GB), Polybius is now a seven-year-old gelding and trained by David Simcock for Amo Racing Ltd and Partners.
