First win for Hypnos

HYPNOS scored his first racecourse victory this afternoon, taking the one mile and two furlongs handicap at Chelmsford City, under yard apprentice Dylan Hogan. 
From the break Hypnos was settled in rear in the last pair, until entering the final two furlongs, when ridden to challenge and then running on well to take the lead in the final strides and win by a head. 
A three-year-old gelding, by Morpheus GB out of Winter Song IRE, Hypnos is trained by David Simcock for The Khat Partnership.
