First win for End Zone

END ZONE ran pleasingly this afternoon in winning the six furlong Novice Stakes at Lingfield Park under Jim Crowley. 

From the off, End Zone was held up in close order behind the leaders. He was shaken up to make headway over one furlong out, taking the lead entering the final furlong and going clear to win by two and a half lengths.

The three-year-old gelding, by Dark Angel IRE out of Brown Eyed Honey GB, is trained by David Simcock for Qatar Racing Ltd.
