Morlaix wins again

MORLAIX scored his second career success this evening at Wolverhampton, taking the one mile and one and a half furlongs handicap in confident style under Callum Shepherd.
Settled on inner towards the rear throughout, until switching right to find room three furlongs out, Morlaix was shaken up to challenge from two furlongs out and took the lead entering the final furlong, staying on well to win by a neck.A four-year-old gelding, by Mayson GB out of Estemaala IRE, Morlaix is trained by David Simcock for John Cook and Partner.
