BRINGSTY made further progress in securing his first career success this afternoon, winning the seven furlong Novice Stakes at Haydock Park under Callum Shepherd.
Having only his third racecourse visit, he tracked the leaders until moving up to press from two furlongs out, taking the lead over one furlong out and quickening to go clear inside the final furlong and win by three-quarters of a length.A three-year-old gelding, by Muhaarar GB out of Postale GB, Bringsty is trained by David Simcock for The Future.
