Turf win for Indigo Times

INDIGO TIMES pleasingly transferred his previously proven ability on all-weather surfaces to secure his first turf victory this afternoon, winning the one mile and six furlong class two handicap at Newmarket under Hayley Turner.
Now a four-year-old gelding, Indigo Times was held up in rear of the field until making headway over two furlongs out and ridden to chase the leaders over one furlong out, taking his opportunity to lead inside the final furlong and ran on well to win comfortably by one and a quarter lengths.By Alhebayeb IRE out of Easy Times GB, Indigo Times is trained by David Simcock for John Cook and partner.
