CASH made a promising start to his racing career by taking the one mile maiden stakes at Newmarket this afternoon under Jamie Spencer.
The two-year-old colt was steadied at the start and settled well, then made headway into midfield over three furlongs out, was shaken up and switched left over one furlong out and led inside the final furlong, then pushed out to win comfortably by one and a half lengths.By Shamardal USA out of Lady Rosamunde GB, Cash is trained by David Simcock for The Honorable Earle I Mack.
