RACE CARD has scored his first victory, getting the stable off the mark for 2022, by taking the one mile and four furlong handicap at Wolverhampton this afternoon under Hayley Turner.
The four-year-old gelding has been patiently handled and was making only his fourth racecourse visit. He travelled towards the rear throughout until making headway whilst going well over three furlongs out, went close up two furlongs out, was pushed along to lead one furlong out and kept on well inside the final furlong to win by two and a quarter lengths.By Kingman GB out of Kazeem GB, Race Card is trained by David Simcock for The Future.
