GLEN COVE followed up his win last month with another promising performance, taking the one mile and four furlongs Handicap at Southwell under Callum Shepherd.
The three-year-old gelding tracked the leaders until making smooth headway over two furlongs out. He was shaken up and led over one furlong out and kept on well, then pushed out to win by one and a half lengths.By Ardad IRE out of North East Bay USA, Glen Cove is trained by David Simcock for Katherine Stewart and Alison Jackson.
