LADY MARIE got off the mark at her fifth attempt, taking the one mile Handicap at Lingfield Park this afternoon under Saffie Osborne.
The three-year-old filly kept in touch with the leaders throughout, was pushed along to make headway on the outer from two furlongs out, led inside the final furlong and ran on to win by half a length.By Shamardal USA out of Lady Rosamunde GB, Lady Marie is trained by David Simcock for Sheikh Juma Dalmook Al Maktoum.
