Charlie's Choice gets off the mark

CHARLIE'S CHOICE got himself off the mark, and Trillium Place stables off the mark for 2024, when winning the one mile and one and a half furlongs handicap at Wolverhampton this evening, under Callum Shepherd.
The four-year-old gelding was kept in touch with the leaders until shaken up to make headway from two furlongs out, disputed second one furlong out and then led inside the final half furlong, running on well to win by three-quarters of a length.
