Another win for Mountain Road

MOUNTAIN ROAD secured his second win of the year when taking the two mile handicap at Chelmsford this afternoon under Callum Shepherd.
Having settled in midfield, the five-year-old gelding remained in touch with the leaders, was pushed along to make headway from two furlongs out, ridden and led inside the final furlong and won by half a length.By Churchill IRE out of La Corniche FR, Mountain Road is trained by David Simcock for The Future.
