Impressive strike for Midnight Flower

MIDNIGHT Flower ran out a ready winner of a six furlong fillies’ handicap at Newmarket this afternoon.

The Saeed Suhail-owned filly won a handicap over course and distance in June and backed that up off a 7lb higher mark.

A daughter of Haafhd, Midnight Flower travelled supremely well throughout under jockey Darren Egan.

He kicked for home with a furlong to run and Midnight Flower surged clear to win by three and a half lengths.
