MARJU'S Quest gained his second win on the bounce when taking a 1m1f handicap at Yarmouth this afternoon.

The son of Marju, who is owned by Favourites Racing, got off the mark at Brighton two weeks ago and backed up that victory with a convincing success under Martin Lane.

Martin gave Marju's Quest a patient ride, settling her towards the rear.
A perfect split appeared up the rail and Marju's Quest picked up well to take the lead. He idled a little in front but Martin kept him up to his work and he went on to win well by two lengths.
Martin said: "I got there a bit sooner than I wanted but the gap was there and I had to take it.
"He has done it nicely. He loves fast ground and I think that is the key to him."
